Equipment re-location

Example:  2009 – SIC Provided a “turn-key” complete process line re-location across country.  SIC dismantled, crated, trucked, re-assembled, terminated supply needs, and managed the project.

 

Equipment installation

Example:  2009 – SIC supplied and installed two Paint Booths.  This project included the assembly of the two booths, installation of exhaust fans, and installation of air handling units.

 

Material Handling rack design, construction and modification

2004 – 2010 - Production of material handling racks and components for various customers.

Service and Maintenance support

SIC has provided labor on a Time and Material basis for plant shut downs, plant service needs and basic additional maintenance support.  Items have included participating in Kaizen events, facility Preventive Maintenance, and supporting engineering and maintenance need during facility holiday shut downs.

Project Management

Example:  2008 - SIC performed a government bid project as the primary contractor for the erection of a water tower.  The project included coordinating sub-contractors for the clearing the site, constructing a foundation, and erecting the tower while meeting all county engineer specifications, timings and financial requirements.
